Career Advancement Competitive Edge
Career Advancement Competitive Edge is a course at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) aimed at enhancing the soft skills of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Good Neighbor Ambassadors. This program includes career coaching, readiness training and tours of workforce programs. Participants learn essential customer service skills and workplace etiquette while exploring degree and certificate programs at Tri-C.
For ten years, Tri-C has delivered the 108-hour Career Advancement Competitive Edge (CACE) course to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District’s (NEORSD) Good Neighbor Ambassadors (GNAs). CACE graduates demonstrate knowledge of concepts crucial to understanding and embracing the culture of the NEORSD in service to the community. As Tri-C students, the GNA’s also have access to the College’s essential wraparound supports.
